Dear Future G’Town Boot Camper,

 

I believe you need to drive it before you buy it.

 

I also believe that G”Town Bootcamps may not be for everyone and  therefore I want to make absolutely sure you feel very comfortable about joining us.

 

The Try Out process allows you to take part in 4 Free workout that you do at your own pace.  I am far more concerned with you having a chance to experience the workouts and the camp atmosphere than seeing how hard we can push yourself.

 

Intensity of a workout only comes once you have properly trained your body in a progressive manner.

 

You do not get in shape in 2 weeks but you can get injuried so please rest assured you will set the pace, not me.

 

Yes you will meet and be working out with experienced campers but all workouts are time based not rpe based so you can set your own pace.  Also either myself, my wife or a helpful camper will work with you to make the workout go smoothly.    What will occur is a lot of excitment from meeting  liked minded fitness people and the opportunity to see where you to will be after a couple of months being part of the  G’Town Bootcamp commuity.

 

This is why I want you to take part with other more experienced camper and why I limit only so many Try Outs participants per month.
