The G’town Bootcamp schedule was created for the busy moms and dads (or grandmas and grandpas) who know the importance of keeping themselves performing well, feeling good and staying fit so they can keep up with children that are equally active.
Each workout is approximately 35 minutes in length with a 5 minute corrective exercise warm-up and cool down. All workouts are circuit based interval strength and cardio training which is proven to be the best way to gain strength, increase cardio vascular efficiency and burn fat which is pretty much everyone’s goals.
Along with that I utilize resistance band training a a primary component of every workout to enhance balance, flexibilility, coordination and movement reaction. All important components to keeping you injury free and performing at your best.

Camp location
Camp location is at Faith Lutheran Church of Germantown. (Corner of Mequon Rd and Division Rd) We are able to workout in a spacious slip free carpeted area with great ventilation and the ability to do anything we need to do.
We also have a great opportunity to train outside and even go on an occasional bootcamp field trip through the quiet surrounding residential area.

Boot Camp Schedule
We provide both early morning and evening camp hours.
Monday and Friday Morning 5:30 am-6:15 am
Tuesday and Thursday Evening 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm

Cost of Camps
Camp packages include session discount packages as well as a monthly unlimited membership package. We also have family discount package available. I am sure we will be able to meet anyones budget.
