March Workout of the Month

 

 

 

What you will need:

 

1 or 2 different single band resistances and a 60 second count down timer or ability to determine a 50 sec. on 10 Sec off time sequence.

Also you can do 20 reps with 10 Sec rest if you prefer to count reps.

Do all 5 exercises and than recover for 1 minute before repeating for 3 more rounds
