February Workout of the Month

 

 

What you will need:

1 Red or Black Band or Purple band depending on strength level

 

 

How to set up and perform the workout

Using either a count down timer or a 50 sec on – 10 sec off music sequence you will perform the following 5 exercises, each for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest in transition to the next exercise.

Perform 4 total rounds of all 5 exercise for a 20 minute workout.

 

 

Exercises include:

High Pull
Front Squat
Military or Push Press
Deadlift
Push up Plank
